The U-4620 is the world’s first truly cable-free ultrasonic pulse velocity (UPV) tester, developed for non-destructive testing of concrete. Its wireless RF synchronisation technology removes every cable between transmitter and receiver — say goodbye to the cumbersome, failure-prone connections of traditional UPV systems.
The compact, lightweight design enables true single-operator use, cutting setup time and boosting on-site productivity. The instrument measures pulse velocity to assess concrete strength, homogeneity, cracks, voids and elastic properties without damaging the structure.
Three operating modes (time/velocity, crack depth and parameter), a high-resolution display integrated in the receiver, internal memory, Bluetooth and PC connectivity via USB-C, and PDF/Excel report generation through dedicated App and software. Accuracy ±0.1%, range up to 10 m, battery life up to 8 hours. Compliant with IS, BS-4408, BS-1881 and ASTM C-597 standards.
