Minimum requirements for the training course
General course, preparatory for direct access to level 2, concerning knowledge of materials technology, causes of degradation and types of civil constructions.

To be admitted to the certification examinations, candidates must meet the minimum requirements in terms of training, experience and visual acuity.
The general course is aimed at all professionals in the civil sector, technicians with degrees in technical-scientific subjects (e.g. civil engineering, construction engineering, materials engineering, architecture, geology, construction techniques and land management, etc.) and diplomas in technical-scientific subjects (e.g. construction, environment and land, industrial surveyor for construction, etc.).
For direct access to level 2, for both the general and specific examinations, a number of training hours equal to the sum of those indicated for level 1 and level 2, as shown in Table 2 “Minimum training requirements” of UNI 11931, is required.
